1. Sometimes the price of some products is not updated in website in case of such condition customer orders a product, he/she have to pay the Additional Payment to ship their product.
2. In case the customer wants to come and buy the product personally direct from Z Black Cartridge, he/she have to follow the procedure of ordering online and even shipping charges is included in personal pick up. If the customer doesn’t want to pay the shipping charges they can pay by Cash. Card is not accepted.
3. If customer receives damaged or defective material the warranty is directly by manufacturer Z Black Cartridge is not responsible for such reason.
4. In case customers material is miss-placed by courier company and customer didn’t receive within 30 days, Z Black Cartridge will process for Refund.
